We are playing leasters in a 5-handed game. Spades is led, I have one. Bob, to my right, hesistates and then plays the King of Spades. Neither the Ace or 10 fall, but a King of Hearts is played. Bob gets a cheap 8-point trick. It's Bob's lead, and he is hesitating again (read: mauer). I'm in the suicide spot. If he leads clubs I'm screwed - I have the bare Ace, and if he leads trump I'm also screwed as I can't get under the Ace of Diamonds. Bob raises a card and then puts it back down again. Knowing Bob's penchant for the dramatic, I mumble under my breath "Please don't lead spades again". Bob takes the bait, and leads the 10 of Spades. I grimmace as I pull a card and flip it over. Bob cheers as he sees my black Ace, but the joy quickly turns to despair once he realizes it's a Club. Behind my Ace falls the Ace of Hearts. The fifth spot pauses, pulls the Ace of Spades, and explodes. Bob is saved, and Kenny got screwed.
